for snack.

Please feel free to bring your favourite loaf of bread and/or a piece of cheese.

Cooperative Salad Day!

During April, the Parenting Centre is exploring the topic of 

"Nutrition & Food from Around the World".

On Thursday, April 23 we will be creating a cooperative salad for snack.

Snack starts at 10:00 am.

Please feel free to bring a small sample of any type of salad to share 

or 

the ingredients to make a salad.

Here are a few suggestions:

lettuces

mushrooms

green onions

cucumber

tomato

avocado

shredded carrots

parsley

shredded cheese

dried cranberries

sunflower seeds

cubed chicken or turkey

Pot-Luck Party ~ Wednesday, April 22

On Wednesday, April 22 we will be having our

Spring Pot-Luck Party.

Cook your favourite food, enough to share with 6 - 8 people.

Lunch starts at 11:30

On Friday, February 27 

we will be having a

Chocolate Fondue Party 

during snack time.

Snack starts at 10:30.

Please bring either chocolate or something to dip in the chocolate.

A few suggestions are:

pineapple, banana, apples, strawberries, lady-finger cookies, arrowroot cookies, sponge cake, honeydew melon, cantaloupe, oranges, kiwi, pears, mango, marshmallows, Graham crackers.

Sweet Potato and Apple soup 

for Hot Lunch.
